    I have been associated with S J de Courtenay and Associates for at least 7 years as a property manager. He is always polite, well mannered, well presented. I have found that he has a detailed and broad knowledge of the strata titles act, and enforces this act and the by laws with a gentle approach and with sensitivity to the tenants and owners needs and feelings. His services go far beyond what I have experienced from other property agents, and he delivers very good value for the money. His professionalism is beyond approach, as is his honesty.
